A house, not a hotel room.

You sleep in a lockable private bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen, bath, laundry, dining room, and piano studio are shared with the household. Capacity is two guests.

The dining room holds a Yamaha hybrid piano that can be played at any hour, plus a guitar, a cajon, and a projector for films and karaoke. Coffee and a full kitchen are part of daily life here.
